1. Delivery Area & Rates

We deliver within Miami-Dade County and nearby parts of Broward County. Our main delivery hub is Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, with a radius of up to 30 miles.


Free Next-Day Delivery

• Available from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Minimum order for delivery: $100 USD

• Applies within a 15-mile radius of Sunny Isles Beach for the following cities:

  • Aventura , FL
  • Bal Harbour, FL
  • Golden Beach, FL
  • North Miami, FL
  • Surfside, FL
  • Bay Harbor Islands, FL

•If you require same-day delivery but your order is under $180, regardless of location, we recommend selecting the standard delivery option (paid delivery) or picking up your order at our Sunny Isles Beach location (33160).

Important: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) to be eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

2. Delivery Charges

• Orders under $180 – flat rate $20.

• Orders $180 and above – Free delivery.

• Pickup in Sunny Isles Beach – Free.


Note: Beyond 35 miles (56 km), standard delivery is not available by default. Contact us via WhatsApp +1 (305) 778-0262 for arrangements and possible extra fees.

3. Delivery Timeframes 

• Same-day delivery: available if the order is placed before 12:00 PM (noon).

• Orders after 12:00 PM are usually delivered the next business day.

• Delivery window: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

•Sunday orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday.

• For specific dates, please add a note to your order.

• Times may vary due to traffic, weather, and route optimization.

4. Pickup

• Free pickup at 17150 N Bay Rd., Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160.

• Please select “Pickup” at checkout and arrange a time in advance.

5. Order Confirmation

• We confirm all order details with the customer before delivery.

• A photo of your bouquet or gift will be sent for approval before dispatch.

6. Notes

• All arrangements are made from fresh flowers; sizes, shades, and bloom stages may vary.

• Seasonal flowers may be replaced with equal or higher value blooms while keeping the overall style.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please provide the full and correct delivery address.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

8. Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery time, and with your consent, the courier may leave the order with a neighbor, at a reception desk, or in another safe location.

 

9. Holiday Deliveries

During peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your order in advance.

 

10. Complimentary Items Delivery

Decor items, plush toys, chocolates, and balloons are not delivered separately from floral arrangements. They are available only as add-ons to flower orders.
