2. Order Confirmation and Delivery Details

Before delivery, all order details are confirmed with the customer to ensure accuracy.

Prior to dispatch, you will receive a photo of the final arrangement for approval.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Rush and same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled or changed once the preparation or delivery process has begun.

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing via email to: accenttflower@gmail.com

Please note that administrative or payment processing fees may apply to approved cancellations.
4. Returns and Exchanges for Flowers

Flowers are perishable goods and, according to Florida law, are non-returnable except in cases of clearly damaged or incorrect items.

All purchases are final.

All floral arrangements are custom-made for each client and classified as perishable goods.

Once an arrangement has been prepared and handed over for delivery or pickup, it cannot be returned or exchanged, as the freshness and appearance of flowers naturally change over time.

If the order has already been processed and the arrangement has been created, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Slight bends in stems or buds, minor dryness on petal edges, as well as natural features of certain rose varieties that may have a darker edge or tint along the petal rim, are normal characteristics of fresh flowers and are not grounds for a refund or replacement.
Inspection and Acceptance

The inspection and acceptance of the bouquet take place at the moment of delivery or pickup.

Once the bouquet has been handed over to the recipient or their representative, it is considered accepted and non-refundable.

Claims made after delivery or pickup will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a severely damaged or incorrect bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

A free replacement bouquet of equal or greater value, or
-
A full refund.

5. Important Note About Bouquets and Substitutions

All bouquet photos on our website are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.

We work exclusively with fresh, natural flowers, which may vary in size, shade, or degree of bloom depending on the season and delivery time.

If certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to replace them with flowers of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design, color palette, and style of the bouquet.
6. Returns and Exchanges for Gifts, Balloons, Chocolates, Teddy Bears, and Cards

Non-perishable items such as gifts, balloons, chocolates, teddy bears, and greeting cards may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

The product is unused and in its original packaging.

The product is in resalable condition.
-
You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Inflated balloons (including helium-filled balloons) are considered used products and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift cards and greeting cards are non-returnable.

Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
7. Return Process

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
8. Exceptions

Perishable products (flowers) and gift cards are non-returnable except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

Custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable.
